| 1 | Lechuga romana |
| 4 T | Lechugas mixtas, radiccio, baby spinach, red leaf, etc |
| 1/3 T | Almendras en rebanadas, tostadas |
| 1/2 T | Cranberries secos |
| Aderezo | |
| 1/3 T | Aceite de Oliva |
| 1/3 T | Aceite vegetal |
| 2 Cdas | Azucar |
| 1/3 T | Vinagre de sidra |
| 1 cta | Mostaza Dijon |
| 1 1/2 Cda | Cebolla, finamente picada y marinada en vinagre |
| 1 Cda | Semillas de amapola ( poppy seeds) |
| Sal, al gusto | |
| Preparacion | |
| 1 Corte la lechuga romana y mezcle con las lechugas mixtas. Lavelas bien y escurralas. | |
| 2 En una olla, ponga a tostar las almendras hasta que se doren, deje a un lado. | |
| 3 Mezcle todos los ingredientes del aderezo. refrigere | |
| 4 Al momento de servir,coloque las lechugas en un tazon, vierta el aderezo y agregue las almendras y cranberries. | |
