Creamy horseradish sauce

1 Cup | low-fat sour cream |
1/4 Cup | prepared horseradish |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
1/4 tsp | sea salt |
In a small bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove and bring to room temperature before serving, about 45 min.
