Honey-lime Chicken Enchiladas

6 tbsp | honey |
5 tbsp | lime juice, (2 large limes) |
1 tbsp | chili powder |
1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
1 lb. | chicken cooked and shredded |
8-10 flour tortillas | |
1 lb. | Monterey jack cheese shredded |
16 oz | green enchilada sauce |
1 c | heavy cream |
Mix honey, lime juice, chili powder and garlic powder in ziploc bag. Mix in chicken. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.
Mix together enchilada sauce and cream. Poor 1/2 cup sauce in 9x13 pan.
Set aside 1 cup of cheese. Fill tortillas with chicken and shredded cheese. Mix left over marinade and sauce. Pour left over sauce and cheese over top.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
