      potatoes
    1 can  cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup  sour cream
    2  onions

bake potatoes with skin on about 35-40 min. (not quite all the way soft)
Saute onions
remove from oven.. peel and grate into bowl
add soup, sour cream, and onions.
serve
Note: Yummy but oh so fattening.. hmm. how would it be with non fat sour cream and non fat soup??? who knows. :-)
