Prawn and pesto pasta salad

90g | dried pasta shapes such as farfalle |
75g | broccoli, cut into bite size pieces |
1 1/2 tbsp | green pesto |
1 1/2 tbsp 0% | fat Greek yoghurt |
125g | cooked and peeled king prawns |
15g | toasted pine nuts |
Serves 2
8 pro points per serving
1. Cook pasta according to instructions, adding broccoli for the last 3 mins
2. Drain into bowl
3. Add pesto, yoghurt, prawns and pine nuts and mix
4. Season and serve
