2cans | shoepeg corn, ( small kernels ) |
2 cans | small peas |
1 | bell pepper |
4 stalks | celery |
2 bunches | green onions |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
3/4 cup | white sugar |
1/2 cup | olive oil |
2/3 cup | rice vinegar |
Mix all ingredient in bowl and put in fridge. Can be made ahead of time and will keep for several days in fridge.
