Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Pockets

1 8-oz. | roll reduced-fat crescent roll dough |
16 slices | ultra-thin lean deli ham |
4 squares | low-fat swiss cheese, (or 2 deli slices halved) |
1 cup | cooked chopped broccoli |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (350 for dark cookie sheets).
On ungreased cookie sheet, spread crescent dough and divide into 4 rectangles. Pinch together diagonal perforations and flatten slightly.
Pile 4 slices ham on one side of each lengthwise dough rectangle. Top with 1/4 cup broccoli and a square of swiss cheese.
Fold over dough rectangle to cover ham, broccoli, and cheese. Pinch the edges to seal.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
