Blackberry fool

| 50g | caster sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 150g | quark |
| 300g 0% | fat Greekbyoghurt |
1. Whizz blackberries to purée in blender, reserving a few for garnish
2. Beat remaining ingredients together and fold purée into creamy mixture
3. Spoon into 4 tumblers and chill 1 hour before serving
