    8-10 cups  popped popcorn
    1/3 cup  butter
    3/4 cup  brown sugar
    3 Tbs.  corn syrup
    1 tsp.  vanilla
    1/4 tsp.  baking soda

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook until mixture is at a hard ball stage (about 4 minutes). Remove from stove and add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix until well coated. Pour coated popcorn onto a cookie sheet and cook for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir often. Let cool then enjoy!
