Sapodilla Chicken

Ingredients: 180 gms chicken breast, sliced 30 gms Chinese cabbage, sliced 20 gms carrot, sliced 10 gms spring onion
    2  eggs
100 gms corn flour, dissolved in water
    1 tbsp  salt
    1/2  garlic, chopped
    1 tsp  soy sauce
    1 tsp  red chilli sauce
    1/2 tsp  sugar
300 gms vegetable oil
    2-3 tsp  worcestershire sauce

Method:

1.Coat chicken with egg and corn flour and fry till golden.
2.Drain and keep aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add all the vegetables and garlic, except spring onion. Stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, including chicken. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
