Sapodilla Chicken

Ingredients: 180 gms chicken breast, sliced 30 gms Chinese cabbage, sliced 20 gms carrot, sliced 10 gms spring onion | |
2 | eggs |
100 gms corn flour, dissolved in water | |
1 tbsp | salt |
1/2 | garlic, chopped |
1 tsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | red chilli sauce |
1/2 tsp | sugar |
300 gms vegetable oil | |
2-3 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
Method:
1.Coat chicken with egg and corn flour and fry till golden.
2.Drain and keep aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add all the vegetables and garlic, except spring onion. Stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, including chicken. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
