Cheesy Chicken Puffs

Ingredients: 4 vol au vant pastry cases 200 gms grilled chicken breast, diced 100 gms wild mushrooms 50 gms mushrooms, chopped 4 gms garlic, crushed | |
30 ml | olive oil |
4 cups | cream |
50 gms Parmesan cheese 50 gms mozzarella cheese, shredded 10 gms parsley, chopped | |
Salt, to taste | |
black pepper, to taste |
Baby sprouts, for garnish
Method:
1.In a heavy-bottom skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms.
2.Reduce heat and add cream and chicken.
3.Cook till reduced to half and then season with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
4.Stuff vol au vant cases with the mixture.
5.Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
6.Garnish with sprouts and serve immediately.
