Ingredients: 600 gms boneless chicken | |
1 tbsp | Ginger-garlic paste |
1 tsp | yoghurt |
1 tsp | red chilli paste |
Salt, to taste | |
pepper, to taste | |
1 tsp | each, coriander, garam masala and red chilli powders |
100 gms each, sliced tomato and onion 1 each, red and green capsicum, julienned 50 gms butter | |
30 ml | fresh lemon juice |
Chopped coriander and a dash of cream, for garnishing
Method:
1.Mix together Ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt, red chilli powder, red chilli paste, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, pepper and lemon juice and marinate chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes.
2.Roast the chicken in the pre-heated oven at 250*C for 20 minutes or till well roasted.
3.Let it cool and then shred.
4.Heat a wok or a griddle.
5.Melt butter and add chicken with all the vegetables.
6.Toss well till vegetables begin to soften.
7.Garnish with coriander and cream and serve.
