Mexican Chicken Casserole

4- deboned, skinless, cooked chicken breast | |
1 can | each crm. chicken & crm of mushroom soup |
1 sm | diced onion |
1 (8oz). sour crm | |
1 sm. can | mushrooms |
1 block | sharp cracker barrel cheese, grated |
20 corn tortillas,sliced then sliced other way
1 can green chili salsa or 6 oz salsa & sm can of diced green chili's, I did salsa/green chili's
Directions:
Butter bottom 9X11 or so cass. dish
heat together soups,sour cream,mushrooms, onions,chilli's, salsa
Then layer in casserole dish there will be 2 layers in this order:
1/2 warm soup mixture then 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 diced chicken, last 1/2 grated cheese. Repeat
Baked in preheated 350', uncovered for 30 minutes
