Ingredients
    4 ears  fresh corn
    2 tablespoons  canola oil
    2 teaspoons  chili powder, divided
    1 teaspoon  kosher salt, divided
    1/4 teaspoon  pepper
    2 tablespoons  light mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon  cilantro herb paste, (or finely chopped cilantro)
    1 1/2 tablespoons  sour cream
    1 tablespoon  fresh lime juice

Prep
Preheat grill.
Remove husks and silks from corn.

Steps
Combine in microwave-safe bowl, oil, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper; add corn, turning to coat evenly. Cover and microwave on HIGH 7–8 minutes or until tender.
Combine in medium bowl, mayonnaise, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; set aside.
Place corn on grill; grill 3–5 minutes, turning often. Toss corn with mayonnaise mixture and serve.
