Salmon cakes

1 | egg |
1 slice | bread |
Clean the canned salmon. There is bones and skin in it. Add the egg and crumble the bread and mix everything together. Take about a palm size out and patty it out. The thinner it is the crispier it is. Put some butter in the bottom of a frying pan on med heat and put patties on. Cook til golden brown on each side. Serve with ketchup!
