Hamburger Potato Casserole

| 1 lb. | Lean ground beef |
| 3 cups | peeled and thinly sliced potatoes |
| 1 can | mushroom soup |
| 1/2 cup | chopped onion |
| 3/4 cup | milk |
| Salt to taste | |
| Growing pepper to taste | |
| 1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In Medium skillet over medium heat brown ground beef,drain.
Combine soup,onion,milk,salt and pepper.
Alternate potatoes,soup mix and meat in 11 x 7 baking dish. Bake in
preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Top with cheddar cheese and continue
until cheese is melted.
