Homemade Mayo

I egg at room temp | |
1/8 tsp | salt |
1/2 c | light tasting olive oil |
Mix 1st two ingredients in blender for 1 1/2 min on high. With blender on lowest setting, add oil gradually until it thickens. Refrig immediately. Only keep 3 days. Will thicken more in frig.
