Uncle Eddie Reno's grandmother recipe for Pecan Custard Pie

2 1/2 cup | sugar |
1/2 c | plain flour |
2 tsp | salt |
8 | eggs |
3 tsp | vanilla |
4 cans | pet milk |
8 cups | grounded pecans. |
Makes 4 deep dish pies
Combine sugar, flour, salt in
Mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, until creamed together. Add vanilla, 4 cans of milk, pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake a 350* for 1 hour + 5-10 minutes until pie crust is brown.
