3/4 cup | margarine |
1 cup | sugar |
1 | egg |
1/4 cup | molasses |
2 cups | flour |
2 teaspoons | baking soda |
1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon | ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and molasses.
Sift together next 5 ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Form into balls and roll in a mixture of 2 tbls sugar and 1 tbls cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Note: Desee's Mom uses 1/2 cup margarine.
