Energy Balls

    1/4 cup  grated carrots
    1 tablespoon  agave nectar
    3 tablespoons  peanut butter
    1/4 cup  rolled oats or granola
    1/4 cup  wheat germ
    1/4 cup  slivered almonds or other nuts
    3/4 cup  dried fruits

Put first three ingredients in a bowl.

Use the bullet or processor to grind remaining ingredients. Blend grinded mixture with first three ingredients. Mix well. Form into small balls. Cover with saran and refrigerate overnight.

Keep stored in tupperware container with wax paper separating layers.
