Easy Macaroni and Cheese

| 3 tablespoons | butter |
| 2 1/2 cups | macaroni, uncooked |
| 1/2 pound | cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 quart | milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
Melt butter in baking dish. Pour macaroni in and stir until coated. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cheese through macaroni. Pour milk aver all. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Do not stir while baking.
