Cheese Crackers

    1 cup  flour
    5 tablespoons  butter
    1/2 pound  cheddar cheese

Shred cheese. Cut cold butter. Put cheese, butter and flour in food processer. Process until crumbly.

Put on wax paper, form into a disk. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll mixture out to about 1/4 inch.

Cut out, put on cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes.
