Grilled Peaches w/Creamy Yogurt

1 cup | low-fat plain yogurt |
2 t | orange juice |
1 | orange, zest |
4 medium | peaches, unpeeled |
3 T | pure maple syrup |
Place yogurt in strainer lined w/paper towel and place over medium bowl; refrigerate for an hour to slightly thicken yogurt. In a small bowl combine yogurt, orange juice and zest.
Preheat a grill pan over med-high heat. Cut peaches in half; remove pit. Grill peaches cut side down until softened (about 5 mins.). Top each pair with quarter of yogurt mixture and 2.25 t maple syrup.
