Jewish Apple Cake

3 c | flour |
2 c | sugar |
2 1/2 t | vanilla |
4 | eggs |
1 T | cinnamon |
1 c | canola oil |
1/2 c | orange juice |
3 t | baking powder |
3 large | apples, chopped, (reserve) |
Beat together until smooth, stir in chopped apples
Pour 1/2 batter into greased bundt pan, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Pour in rest of batter and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until done
Top with powdered sugar
