Peanut Blondies

2 c | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1/4 tap salt | |
1/2 c | unwanted butter I stick |
1/3 c | creamy peanut butter |
1 1/4 c | packed light brown sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 | eggs |
1 c | unwanted dry roasted peanuts, chopped |
1 1/2 c | white chocolate chips |
1. Heat oven to 350. Line 13x9x2 in pan with foul extend over two sides.
2. In med bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In lg bowl beat butter and peanut butter for 1 min until blended. Add sugar, beat for 2 mins. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs beat till smooth about 1 minute.
4. Stir in Flour mixture and 3/4 c nuts.
5. Spread butter evenly into pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle white-chocolate chips over top. Let stand 5 mobs till chips soft enough to spread. Spread over top: sprinkle on remaining nuts.
6. Cool in pan on wire rack. When cool remove from pan and gently remove foil. Cut into 18 Bars.
