ASIAN MARINATED FLANK STEAK

| 3 T | hoisin sauce |
| 2 T | water |
| 2 T | rice vinegar |
| 1 T | soy sauce |
| 2 t | grated Ginger |
| 1 t | dark sesame oil |
| 1/8 t | crushed red pepper |
| 2 cloves. Garlic, minced | |
| 1 lb | flank steak |
Mix first 9 ingred in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 c hoisen mix. Put the rest in ziplock, and marinate 24 hrs. Grill 4 min. Each side. Serve with reserved 1/4 c sauce.
