FAJITA STEAK MARINADE

| 1/3 c. | Lime juice |
| 1/4 c. | Oil |
| 2 t. | Cinnamon |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, minced |
| 1/2 7 oz. Jar | roasted red peppers, finely chopped |
| 1/4 c. | Honey |
| 1/4 c. | Dijon mustard |
Mix all in bring to boil,reduce heat. Simmer 5-7 mins., or until thickened. Baste steaks with marinade. Serve with extra sauce, peppers and onions
