Herbed Yorkshire puddings

1 cup | milk |
1 cup | flour |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1 tbsp. | chopped parsley |
1 tbsp ".chives 2 tsp " fresh sage 2 tsp "fresh thyme 1 tsp " fresh Rosemary | |
6 tbsp. | reserved drippings or olive oil |
Whisk eggs in med. bowl to blend.
Gradually whisk in milk. Sift flour with salt into egg mix. Whisk till smooth. Whisk in herbs. Let stand at room temp.for at least 30min.or ref rig. For up to 3hrs. Rewhisk.
Heat oven to 450". Place 16 muffin cups in oven to preheat 10 min.
Place 1tsp. Drippings in each cup.return to oven till hot about 8min. Spoon 2tbsp batter into each cup. Bake til golden about 12 min. Serve hoy but can be reheated.
