| 1 box | butter cake mix |
| 1/2 cup | butter |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 box | powdered sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 8 oz. pkg. | cream cheese |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
MIX FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS AND PRESS INTO A GREASED 9 X 13 PAN.
MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR ON TOP OF OTHER MIXTURE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES.
