Corn Bread Casserole

| 1 can | whole corn |
| 1 can | cream corn |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 pkg | jiffy corn muffin mix |
| 1 8 oz container | sour cream |
| 1 stick | butter |
In a greased casserole dish, mix undrained corn, cream corn, egg & sour cream. Add jiffy mix. Lastly mix in butter. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Fork inserted in the center must come out clean.
