3 oz. | softened cream cheese |
1/4 cup | chopped pickled jalapeño slices |
2 tbsp. | minced red bell pepper |
30 Athens Mini Filo Shells (two 2.1-oz. boxes)
Directions
Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 12 to 15 minutes Makes: 30 appetizers
1. Stir together crab, cream cheese, jalapeños and bell pepper in a medium bowl. Spoon equal amounts into mini shells.
2. Bake at 350°F for about 12 to 15 minutes or until filling is hot.
Note: Cut back on the jalapeños a bit if you are sensitive to their heat.
