Scrambled Egg with Cheddar Cheese

Makes: 2 toddler portions
    2 medium  eggs
    75ml  full-fat milk
      Freshly ground black pepper
Small knob of unsalted butter
    50g  Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tbsp  fresh parsley, finely chopped, (optional)

1 white or brown soft bun

1) Whisk the eggs & milk with a little freshly ground pepper

2) Melt the butter in a pan & add the egg mixture

3) Cook over gentle heat, stir until eggs begin to scramble

4) Sprinkle grated Cheddar & chopped parsley & continue to cook for another 3-4 mins

5) Slice the bun in half & spoon the cheesy scrambled egg over the top
