| 1 tsp. | Ginger |
| 1/8 tsp. | Ground cloves |
| 1/2 tsp. | Kosher salt |
| 3/4 cup | brown sugar |
| 2 large | eggs |
| 1 | egg yolk |
Stir all ingredients together, pour intone crust and bake 40/50 minutes.
