1 box | devil's food or chocolate fudge cake mix |
.75 cup | sugar |
24 large | marshmallows |
1 cup | milk |
14 oz. | Frozen coconut |
Icing: | |
1 stick | butter |
6 tablespoons | milk |
3 1/5 tablespoons | cocoa |
1 tsp. | Vanilla |
.5 cup | chopped pecans |
1 box | powdered sugar |
Prepare cake mix as directed in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar, marshmallows and milk and heat until marshmallows are melted. Stir often. Add coconut, spreading over warm cake. Cool cake then ice. Mix butter, milk and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar then add vanilla and nuts.
