Egg and ham bake

16 slices | bread |
1 lb. | chipped ham |
8 oz. | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 cups | crushed corn flakes |
1/2 tsp. | Salt |
6 | beaten eggs |
3 c. | Milk |
1/4 lb. | Butter, melted |
1. Trim crust from bread. Put 8 slices of bread into bottom of greased 9 x13 inch pan. Layer with ham, top with grated cheese. Put 8 more slices of brea on top.
2. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over top of bread layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, drizzle melted butter on top and top with corn flakes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 12-15 servings.
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard + hash browns
