Homemade Peach Ice Cream-S.L.

1-1 1/2 cups | sugar |
2 tbsp | plain flour |
1/2 tsp | salt |
3 | eggs |
1 quart | whole milk |
1/2 pint | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | vanilla extract |
6 cups | chopped peaches |
1 cup | sugar for peaches |
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and blend well. Add milk and cook slowly until slightly thickened. Let cool. Add the whipping cream, vanilla and sweetened peaches. Pour into bowl and freeze. Yield - 1 gallon
