Cheesy Sausage Quiche

| 3/4 lb. | Sausage ground |
| 1/2 cup | chopped onion |
| 1/3 cup | chopped green pepper |
| 1 1/2 cup | grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 tbsp. | Flour |
| 1 | pie shell |
| 2 | eggs beaten |
| 1 cup | evaporated milk |
| 1 tbsp. | Parsley flakes |
| 3/4 tsp. | Seasoned salt |
| 1/4 tsp | garlic salt |
| 1/4 tsp. | Pepper |
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Fry sausage until cooked. Drain on paper towel and reserve 2 tbsp fat. Sauté onion and green pepper in fat 2-3 minutes. Combine cheese and flour; stir in sausage pepper and onion. Spread in pie crust shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes or until browned and filling is set. Serves 6
