      Canned tomatoes
Tom. Sauce Tom. paste 1-2 lrg onions
    4-5  garlic cloves
      Red, yellow & green bell peppers
      Sweet white wine
1 crab per person Snow crab legs
      Scallops
      Prawns
      Clams
      Mussels

Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce & tomato paste.
Add basil, oregano, thyme and Rosemary.

In a separate pan add sliced bell peppers and roast until slightly blackened. Add to tomato mixture.

Take above ingredients and put into a blender. Blend until puréed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Roast crab legs in oven with butter and garlic
Sauté prawns in butter and garlic. Lastly add clams, mussels and scallops.

Put seafood in bowls add sauce and enjoy!
