Spinach Souffle

16 oz | Chopped Frozen Spinach |
1 1/2 cups | Chopped Onion |
1 cup | Mayonaise |
2 | Eggs Beaten |
1 cup | Grated Swiss Cheese |
1 can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
1/4 cup | Melted Butter |
1/4 tsp | Nutmeg |
Salt & Pepper to taste | |
2 cups | Pepperidge Farm Dressing |
1/2 cup | Toasted Almond slices |
1/2 cup | Melted Butter |
Grease baking dish (small Le Creuset buffet caserole). Saute onion & mix with spinach and next 7 ingredients & put into dish. Mix dressing with almonds & cover top evenly. Drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
