Crispy Total Tofu

| 2 tbsps | peanut butter, (crunchy) |
| 1 tbsp | preserves |
| total cereal flakes | |
| 1 container | extra firm tofu |
Mix peanut butter and preserves together. Press tofu and cut into large cubes. Crumble total in fingers. Cover tofu cubes in mixture and then roll in total crumbs. Put onto baking dish. Bake at 375 for 15 mins.
Serve with low sodium teriyaki sauce for dipping.
