Tuna, Mango and Lime Ceviche

6 oz. | tuna |
2 | limes, juiced |
1 | green chili, seeded and finely diced |
1/2 medium | red onion, finely chopped |
1 | mango, finely diced |
1 Tbsp | cilantro leaves, finely chopped |
1 tsp | salt |
20 | tostaditas |
Cut tuna into fine dice. Combine tuna and lime in non-metallic bowl. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally for 3 hours. Drain, discarding all but 1 Tbsp marinade. Combine tuna, chili, onion, mango, cilantro, salt and reserved 1 Tbsp marinade. Serve chilled
Make up to 1 day in advance, but add cilantro no more than 3 hours in advance to preserve color.
