| 1/2 Tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush tortillas on one side with oil. Cut each into 8 even-sized wedges. Arrange oil side up in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake until crisp, 6-7 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
