4 ounces | lean beef, small cubes |
1/2 cup | Zoned Italian Sauce |
1 cup | Italian-style green beans |
2 cups | red and green pepper strips |
3/4 cup | onion, diced |
1/4 cup | salsa |
1 1/3 teaspoons | olive oil, divided |
1/2 teaspoon | parsley flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | celery salt |
1/8 teaspoon | lemon herb seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon | dried oregano |
Instructions:
Heat 2/3 teaspoon oil in a medium nonstick sauté pan. Add beef and sauté until cooked. Add Zoned Italian Sauce and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. In second nonstick sauté pan, heat remaining oil. Sauté the green beans, pepper strips, onion, salsa, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, lemon herb seasoning, and oregano. Cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Spoon vegetables onto serving dish and top with beef mixture.
