Mustard Sauce

1 cup | malt vinegar |
1 cup | sugar |
3 | eggs |
Make a smooth paste of mustard and vinegar and stand overnight. The next morning, beat the eggs until light. Add sugar, beating until dissolved. Add the paste to eggs and sugar; cook in microwave until thick. About 1 1/2 minutes, stir and 1 1/2 minutes should be enough
