2 lbs | mussels |
garlic | |
fennel | |
red pepper flakes | |
white wine | |
freshly ground black pepper | |
fennel pollen | |
extra virgin olive oil |
1. Add olive oil to a hot pan. Add mussels & top with garlic, fennel & red pepper flakes. Heat on stove approximately 2 minutes.
2. Put pan into preheated 425 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Remove pan from oven & add a few tablespoons of wine. Turn burner on high for 1-2 minutes. Season w/ pepper & fennel pollen.
4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & serve.
