Meatballs in Cranberry Chili Sauce

Yield: 150 meatballs

5 lbs | ground beef |
1 bunch | Italian parsley |
1 can | breadcrumbs |
4 | eggs |
1 large | onion, diced |
¼ tsp | salt per pound of ground beef |
pepper to taste | |
Sauce | |
1 can | jellied cranberry sauce |
1 bottle | Heinz Chili Sauce |
1 Combine all ingredients with ½-¾ can of breadcrumps & 4 eggs. Add more crumbs or egg if not sufficiently sticky.
2 Roll into 2" balls.
3 Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
4 Make sauce by combining cranberry & chili sauces. Add sauce to meatballs & serve.
