Leta's Spinach Balls

2 16-oz bags | frozen spinach, cooked and drained |
2 cups | seasoned bread crumbs |
1 large | onion, chopped fine |
4 | eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup | grated parmesean cheese |
1/2 cup | butter, melted |
garlic salt | |
thyme | |
pepper |
Mix together and chill. Roll into bite-sized balls. Cook on a greased cookie sheet about 18 minutes at 350 degrees. These are better when they are chilled well first and not overcooked.
