Garlic Butter

| 1tbs | unsalted butter |
| 1 tsp | water |
| 10 cloves | garlic finely minced |
Sauté garlic in butter and water until golden brown
Add rest of stick of butter after removing from heat letting butter melt for about 10 minutes.
Strain garlic solids to use for other i.e pizza dough.
