Crab Casserole

POOR MAN'S CRAB CASSEROLE
    1 (1 lb.) pkg.  frozen turbot, or other mild white fish, thawed
CRAB MIXTURE:
    2/3 c.  melted butter
    1 c.  crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 (6 oz.) can  crabmeat, drained and picked clean
    1 (4 oz.) can  sliced mushrooms, drained
    1  egg, beaten
    2 tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    2 tbsp.  lemon juice
    1/4 tsp.  Tabasco sauce
In a medium mixing bowl combine all crab mixture ingredients. Place the fish fillets in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with crab mixture. Top the crab mixture with the following:
    2 tbsp.  melted butter

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
