Sweet party mix

| 1 1/2 c | butter |
| 1 1/2 c | brown sugar |
| 1/4 c | Karo syrup |
Mix together and bring to boil
Once it reaches a boil, boil for 1 minute total (i do in microwave)
Next add 1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix until starts to foam up and immediately pout over a 17 oz box of Crispix and nuts ( of your choice), I just use one can
Put the cereal and nuts in a paper sack, and pour the mix over top. Close bag and shake bag to mix well
Microwave 5 minutes in paper bag. Take out every minute and shake bag. Pour onto waxed paper and cool
